In St. Paul's School we strive to create a happy atmosphere which is conductive to developing the child in a holistic manner. We aim to ensure that the children grow in confidence thus enabling him/her to develop life skills and an appropriate value system which will enable them to become fulfilled adults. The aforementioned aims will be best achieved in an atmosphere of mutual respect between all the partners in education in our school.

Children also receive professional instruction in Rugby from the Boyne Rugby Club which is provided at the local sports centre. This is kindly sponsored by the Des Symth Drogheda Youth Foundation.

A school musical is provided on a two yearly basis where all classes play some part and the musical proves to be very popular. Children from surrounding primary and secondary schools come to see the show and a separate show is also provided for parents and members of the local community.

All mainstream classrooms have an Interactive Whiteboard which opens up the classroom to a myriad of learning possibilities, all at the touch of a button.

Some of the other excellent facilities the school has to offer are a big and spacious canteen, a recently furbished library and a state of the art computer room with 25 computers.

The school also participates in the Junior Achievement Programme. This programme aims to inspire and motivate young people to realise their potential by valuing education and understanding how to succeed in the world of work.
